The egg reserve, measured

From birth, egg quantity (ovarian reserve) steadily declines. Around puberty, hormone cycles begin; and, later in life, as the number of remaining eggs falls below a critical threshold, cycles and hormone levels become irregular: the transition period called perimenopause. When the reserve is nearly depleted, menopause occurs. This curve shows the typical pattern of ovarian reserve decline.

LifeAhead models this process from your data to provide insights into your future.

Make More Informed Fertility Decisions

Ali, 33, is thriving in her career, isn't ready to start a family, but doesn't know where her personal timeline stands. A single ultrasound at a fertility clinic allowed her and her clinician to decide if — and when — egg freezing was the right choice for her.

Know When to Expect Symptoms

Priya, 42, leads a fast-growing team and worried whether her recent brain-fog was just stress or signalled perimenopause. Her forecast indicates hormonal changes are still several years away, so she can watch for symptoms when they are expected and schedule a check-in with her OB-GYN at the appropriate time, rather than second-guessing every stressful week.

Balance Family and Career

Elena, 35, and her partner hoped for two children spaced a few years apart, but she also wanted to return to work after their first baby. LifeAhead's results suggested she has a comfortable runway, allowing her to re-enter the workforce now and plan for a second pregnancy when both her career and family are ready.

Reduce Uncertainty

Maria, 28, fears the possibility of early menopause because her mother transitioned at 42. Doctors were unable to find a genetic cause. After running LifeAhead, she was able to reassure herself that her own timeline is likely average, and becomes confident she could pace major decisions without racing the clock.

Don't Get Caught Off Guard

Rachel, 30, was surprised to see her results suggested an earlier menopause than average. With that information, she decided to explore her options and discussed egg-freezing with her clinician.
